Park County Moving Crews

Licensed and insured student crews serving Park County and the wider Gallatin Valley — flat-rate, on time, every move.

Cross Bozeman Pass on I-90 East and you drop into Park County, where Livingston anchors the valley along the Yellowstone River. We make the run from our Bozeman base often enough that the pass is just part of the commute — though when it ices over in January, we leave early and pad the schedule so your move-out day does not turn into a waiting game.

Livingston, the county seat, has the old downtown blocks, walk-up apartments, and a steady flow of folks moving between there and Bozeman for work or school. South of town, US-89 runs the spine of Paradise Valley through Emigrant toward Gardiner and the north gate of Yellowstone, where seasonal park housing and ranch properties keep us busy in the warmer months. We have carried everything from a single-room load to a full house down that stretch.

The Pass Is No Obstacle For Us

Plenty of movers quote Park County like it is the far side of the moon. We do not — the same crew that loads in Bozeman drives over the pass and unloads in Livingston or Emigrant the same day. You get our own trucks, US DOT and MC authority for any interstate leg, and Montana PSC household-goods authority for the move within the state.

Flat pricing keeps it simple, a $99 deposit holds the date, and you get a written estimate before the truck rolls. Whether it is a student headed to a Livingston rental or a family settling into Paradise Valley, call (888) 711-4778 and we will line up a crew for your Park County move.

“Move-in week is chaos and every U-Haul in town was gone, so finding Cole's crew open was a lifesaver. Two guys hauled my daughter's whole load up to the third floor of Hapner before lunch, including a futon that did NOT want to make the corner on the stairwell. They were patient with us while we figured out which room was even hers.”

“Flew in from Seattle to help my son clear out of Langford and honestly the flight was the easy part. Bobcat showed up on time, gave us a flat quote up front so I wasn't sweating the meter, and had the dorm emptied and a few boxes dropped at his summer storage unit in under two hours. Worth every dollar to not carry a mini-fridge down four flights myself.”

“Moved from a Main St apartment with zero elevator into a place off Willson mid-semester. The two-mover rate was easy on a student budget and they wrapped my desk without me asking. Quick, friendly, done.”

Questions We Hear A Lot

Is Bozeman Pass a problem for a moving truck?
Not for ours. We run I-90 over the pass between Bozeman and Livingston constantly. In winter we start earlier and allow extra drive time for snow and ice, but it has never stopped us from finishing a Park County move on schedule.
Do you cover all of Park County or only Livingston?
All of it. Livingston is the busiest spot, but we also load and unload in Emigrant, Gardiner, and down through Paradise Valley along US-89. Tell us the address and we will get a truck there.
Can you move a student or single load just to Livingston?
Absolutely. A dorm or single-room move starts at $180, and a quick hop over the pass to a Livingston apartment fits right into that. We do not make small moves feel like an afterthought.
