Apartments are our bread and butter. We move students out of the big complexes on N 7th and N 19th, the West Bozeman buildings off Huffine Ln, and the narrow historic units above the shops on Main St where the only way up is a staircase. A studio runs a flat $300–$480 and a 1-bedroom $480–$760, so you know the cost before we knock.
Downtown is its own puzzle. Parking is metered and short, elevators don’t exist in most of those old buildings, and the staircases were built for people, not for a queen mattress. We send crews who can shoulder a futon up four flights without scuffing the walls, and we time the load so we’re not feeding a meter all afternoon.
Storage that saves you a road trip
Here’s the move-out-week trick: don’t haul everything back to Billings or Seattle just to drag it here again in August. Our student storage runs from $39/month per vault — leave your couch, your bins, and your mini-fridge with us over the summer and pick it all up when you’re back. It’s cheaper than a self-storage unit and we handle the lifting.
