Not every move we do is a dorm and a futon. A good share of our work is full houses — a family relocating to a bigger place out in Belgrade, a couple moving into their first home off Huffine Ln, or four roommates splitting an off-campus house on the south side near campus. A 3-bedroom house runs a flat $1,420–$2,150, and we walk the place first so that number is real instead of a ballpark.
Houses bring their own headaches. We lay floor runners over hardwood and tile, pad the door frames and stair corners, and shrink-wrap the sofas before they ever leave the living room. Bed frames, desks, and dining tables come apart and go back together — that’s on us, not on you with an Allen key at midnight.
Crews who do this every week
Marcus and Dawson have been leading our house moves since 2016 and 2018, and the rest of our 12-person roster is trained to treat your stuff like it’s going into their own place. We bring enough hands to keep it moving without burning your whole Saturday.
One company, start to handoff
Bobcat Student Movers is a licensed Montana mover with PSC household-goods authority and our own trucks, not a broker that lines up some other crew. You get a written estimate, a $99 deposit that comes off the total, and the same name on the truck that you spoke to on the phone.
